SYM CHRISTMAS DRINKS

This year’s annual knees up had a distinctly Mexican flavour to it with SYM’s own Technical Maintenance Engineer, Nigel Bentley in the hot seat, literally, as head Chili Chef for the event.

Over 150 captains, subcontractors and friends of SYM made an appearance and shared in a beverage or two at the Colgan’s Brewery pop-up bar which was supplied by local entrepreneur Andy Colgan. Special shout out to guest DJ Gary Hall who turned up the heat hugely with his fiesta inspired playlist.

Guests were treated to warming bowls of delicious home cooked chili to keep away the winter chills. Decoration was colourful and bright and numerous Mexican bandits were last seen staggering off into the night! Arriba! Arriba! SYM would like to say a huge thank you to all we have collaborated with this year and we look forward to seeing and working with you all again in 2019.
